A whole new experience

Hey everyone!

I have to admit, my head will not stop spinning… So many new experiences in so little time! I can’t believe that just a few months ago, I was still in school, studying at Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa to become a superior cuisine chef… Not knowing that in just a short while, I would be seen on TV, showing tips, tricks and techniques that I have learned over the years!

It’s all been a lot to take in… Unlike Jack, Richard and Patricia, I’ve never really had any TV experience. It’s definitely not as easy as I thought it would be. Looking into the right camera, dressing a certain way, talking a certain way, make-up, wardrobe… Turns out it’s not just about demonstrating my cooking techniques.

But you know what? I’m loving it! It’s a great challenge, and I’m really glad I can get the chance to show people that cooking doesn’t have to be complicated… and that it can even be fun!

Till next time,

Warren

Hey Warren, As one of your close friends, and from an outside perspective, i would just like to say that your are doing a really good job and i know for a fact that your family and friends are very proud. Keep the choppin', dicin' and tossin' as it suits you best. All the hard work finally paid off my friend! If i could compare you to a dish, it would probably be a risotto cooked slowly with a great finish!
