BOOM!

Already two great episodes of what’s cooking have aired and I’m so stoked to see more results from the hard work of our cast and crew. I love watching the seeds of labour result in the fruit of success- definitely the sweetest part of the process! And since making great TV about great food takes a lot of time, planning and preparation, I’m totally excited about this new season of what’s cooking!

As your Culinary Correspondent, my task on what’s cooking is to jet across the nation and guide you through all kinds of undiscovered country in the world of Food. From trekking to the coastline of British Colombia to uncover how some of the best beer and ale is made, to combing the trails of Nova Scotia to unearth the most exotic fruits and vegetables, I’m here to take you on an unforgettable journey beyond the studio walls… And of course learn new tricks, tips, and hints along the way!
