What You Need!

  • 110 g whole wheat spaghetti, broken in half, uncooked
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp. KraftCalorie-WiseCatalina Dressing
  • 1/2 lb. (225 g) well-trimmed boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 Tbsp. Kraft Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted peanuts

Make It!

  1. Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding peas and peppers to the boiling water for the last 2 min.
  2. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 3 min. or until meat is medium doneness. Add peanut butter and soy sauce; stir-fry 1 min. or until sauce is thickened.
  3. Drain spaghetti mixture. Add to skillet with onions; toss to coat. Top with nuts.
