What You Need!

  • 4 cups whole grain penne pasta, uncooked
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 zucchini, cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1-1/2 cups cut-up fresh asparagus (1-inch lengths)
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup (1/2 of 250-g tub) Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

Make It!

  1. Cook pasta in Dutch oven or large saucepan as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and vegetables; cook 10 to 12 min. or until chicken is done, stirring frequently. Add broth and cream cheese spread; cook 2 min. or until cream cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Stir in Parmesan.
  3. Drain pasta; return to pan. Add chicken mixture; mix lightly. Cook 1 min. or until heated through.
