Lebanese Kabobs with Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce

What You Need!

  • 1/3 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing, divided
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped peeled cucumbers
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
  • 10 Premium Plus Crackers, finely crushed
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. ground allspice

Make It!

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Mix 3 Tbsp. of the dressing, the yogurt, cucumbers and mint; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Shape into sixteen 4x3/4-inch logs; place in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake 18 to 20 min. or until cooked through, turning after 10 min. Serve warm with the yogurt sauce.
