What You Need!
- 1/3 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing, divided
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped peeled cucumbers
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 10 Premium Plus Crackers, finely crushed
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
Make It!
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Mix 3 Tbsp. of the dressing, the yogurt, cucumbers and mint; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Shape into sixteen 4x3/4-inch logs; place in 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Bake 18 to 20 min. or until cooked through, turning after 10 min. Serve warm with the yogurt sauce.
