Parmesan-Baked Salmon

- Makes : 4 servings, 1 salmon fillet (127 g) each
What You Need!
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g), skin removed
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 10 Ritz Crackers, crushed (about 1/3 cup)
Make It!
- Heat oven to 400°F. Mix dressing, cheese and pepper until well blended.
- Place fish in shallow foil-lined pan; drizzle with lemon juice. Top with dressing mixture; spread to evenly cover fish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
- Bake 12 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
