Quick Fettuccine Cacciatore

- Makes : 4 servings, 2 cups (500 mL) each
What You Need!
- 300 g (1/3 of 900-g pkg.) fettuccine, uncooked
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup green pepper strips
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/2 cup Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
Make It!
- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir until no longer pink. Add peppers and mushrooms; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes and dressing; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until chicken is done.
- Drain pasta. Toss with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and basil.
