What You Need!

  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 pkg. (35 g) 40%-less-salt taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup refried beans, warmed
  • 4 small tostada shells
  • 1/2 cup shredded Kraft Tex Mex Light Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream

Make It!

  1. Cook and stir chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 3 min. or until no longer pink.
  2. Add water and seasoning mix; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until chicken is done and sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.
  3. Spread beans onto tostada shells; top with layers of chicken mixture and remaining ingredients.
