What You Need!

  • 1 each green, red and yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless beef sirloin steak, trimmed, cut into strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
  • 2 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

Make It!

  1. Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add peppers and onions; cook and stir 6 to 8 min. or until crisp-tender. Transfer to large bowl; cover to keep warm.
  2. Add meat, garlic and black pepper to skillet; cook and stir 3 min. Stir in soy sauce; cook 1 min. or until meat is done, stirring occasionally. Add barbecue sauce; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Combine meat mixture and vegetables. Serve over rice.
