  • Makes : 8 servings, 1 cup (250 mL) each

What You Need!

  • 4 large tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL each) 25%-less-sodium condensed chicken broth
  • 3 broth cans water
  • 1 tsp. each: dried basil leaves and dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 pkg. (350 g) fresh cheese tortellini
  • 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

Make It!

  1. Combine tomatoes, broth, water, herbs and dressing in large saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min.
  2. Add pasta; stir. Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in spinach. Remove from heat. Let stand 2 min.
  3. Serve topped with the cheese.
